Our Vision
Chalo School Chale Hum!
Masti ki Pathshala is a small school started by Sahgami foundation 5 years back in Maske Vasti, Ravet. The school has been started with the intention to give basic education to the construction worker's kids and to admit them to a nearby government school. So far we have admitted around 450+ kids in a government school. We provide them nutritious breakfast daily though our sponsors. Also we provide them all the support which they require for taking education. Like, for kids who go to school, help bridge the gap in studies and for young kids who don’t go to school yet the focus of teaching basic Hindi, English, Marathi, numbers, and other basics. We also work for adults who don't go to school for building up on their reading and writing skills.

Sahgami is a social foundation that works on a number of common people's issues.

What We Do
We manage a school in their neighbourhood for the kids of construction workers. We prepare them by imparting basic education required for government school and to increase their confidence. We provide them one meal per day. Understanding their health and other basic needs and providing them with necessary assistance. Also teaching the slum women to read, write and prepare them to stand on their own feet by teaching them various skills.We also do a lot of work on the topic of women and health.
Community Outreach
Masti ki pathshala is dedicated to putting our Ravet community first. Our Community Outreach program provides a much-needed service for those in dire need. Lend a helping hand and join our efforts today.
Education

Meet Our Team
Prajakta Rudrawar
Founder Director Sahgami foundation
Director of Powermaths, Commerce graduate with GDC&A, Working in education field for more than 16 years, An entrepreneur, Poet, Writer, Passionate Social worker and Teacher. Also associated with different Social Clubs and NGOs and co-operative Society Federations. Helped many villages in Maharashtra during Floods. Worked as a COVID warrior in the 2019 pandemic. Got so many awards for social work as well as for writing a short film and Series.
Anwar Mulani
Vice president
A computer engineer by profession and a social worker by heart, Anwar is working with a world leading security software company since 20 years. He volunteers for many NGO's working in the field of education, child and women empowerment.
He is a founder member of Sahgami Foundation, a NGO famous for Project Masti Ki Pathshala in Ravet, where children are educated and taught well to get admitted for further education in the nearby schools.
He is also an avid reader and a travel enthusiast.

Dnyaneshwar Bhandare
Secretary
He is highly accomplished individual with a strong academic background and diverse professional experience. Having completed an MSc in Botany, he is now preparing to pursue a PhD, demonstrating his expertise in the field of plant sciences. In addition to his academic pursuits, he serves as a Sub Editor at a renowned media house, showcasing his versatility and skills in communication and journalism.
With over a decade of experience working with numerous NGOs, he had dedicated much of his career to supporting social and environmental causes. His passion for environmental sustainability and conservation is evident, and he actively contributed to various initiatives aimed at protecting the planet. Additionally, he made significant contributions as a COVID warrior during the pandemic, helping the community navigate the challenges of the health crisis.
His blend of scientific knowledge, media experience, and social activism makes him a well-rounded and influential individual dedicated to both personal growth and the betterment of society.
Ketaki Naidu
Treasurer
B.Com(Accountancy), Post Graduation Diploma in Banking Management, Nutrition and Child Care from IGNOU University. She loves teaching and helping under privileged kids.
Roshni Rai
Executive Chairman
Commerce graduate with Marketing specialisation. Her passion was to do something for under privileged kids since her childhood. With her excellent teaching skill she has started teaching small kids of Masti ki pathshala who never visited any school.

Sudhir is a seasoned Mechanical Engineer with over 20 years of experience in the manufacturing sector, where he has contributed his expertise and passion for innovation. But beyond his professional accomplishments, Sudhir is deeply committed to social work. His heart lies in giving back to the community, which is evident through his dedicated volunteering efforts with a spiritual organization.
He actively engages in both the education and service wings of this organization, working towards the betterment of society while following a path of spiritual growth.
